FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about studying, working and travelling abroad.

Study abroad

Which countries can I study in?

We guide students towards popular study destinations such as the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Ireland and other European countries. During your consultation we match options to your grades, budget and career goals.

What documents do I need to apply to a university abroad?

Typically: a valid international passport, WAEC/NECO results, degree certificate and transcripts (for postgraduate study), a statement of purpose, reference letters, a CV and an English test result where required.

Do I need IELTS?

Many universities accept IELTS, TOEFL, PTE or Duolingo. Some institutions accept a Medium of Instruction letter from Nigerian universities instead. We confirm the exact requirement for each school you choose.

How much money do I need to show?

Proof of funds depends on the country — usually your first year's tuition plus living costs for a set period. We help you understand the amount and the type of bank statements that embassies accept.

Can I work while studying?

Most study destinations allow part-time work during term (often around 20 hours a week) and full-time during holidays. Rules differ by country and change over time, so we give current guidance at consultation.

Are scholarships available?

Yes. Many universities offer merit-based tuition discounts and scholarships. We help you identify schools with funding options and prepare strong applications.

Can my spouse or children come with me?

Some countries allow dependants for certain courses, especially postgraduate research programmes. We explain which options allow family to travel with you.

When should I start my application?

Ideally 6–12 months before your intended intake. Major intakes are usually September and January, with some countries also offering May intakes.

Work routes

Which countries do you have direct working routes for?

Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Romania, Greece, Italy, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Mauritius. See our Destinations and Programs pages for details.

How long does processing take?

It depends on the route. For example, our Australia & New Zealand program typically takes 4–5 months. We give you realistic timelines for your chosen destination.

Do I need experience to apply?

Requirements vary by role and employer. Some roles accept entry-level applicants, while skilled positions require proof of experience. We review your profile honestly before you commit.

Asylum information

Do you guarantee asylum approval?

No. No one can guarantee asylum approval — decisions are made solely by the authorities of each country. We provide information and guidance only.

Passports, visas & payments

I don't have a passport yet. Can I still start?

Yes. You can begin your consultation while your passport is in progress, and we offer passport application and renewal guidance.

Do you offer visa interview coaching?

Yes. We prepare you with likely questions, document reviews and practice sessions so you feel confident on the day.

How do I avoid travel and visa scams?

Never pay anyone who promises guaranteed visas. Always ask for written terms, verify the office, and pay only through official channels. Feel free to visit any of our offices in Abuja, Lagos, Enugu or Uyo.
